VVC Design has developed the essential skills and techniques necessary for providing environmentally and fiscally responsible architecture for our clients. We listen, bring passion, quality and a commitment to enriching lives and building community.
Background & Philosophy
VVC Design was established in 1986 by Vince Catalano, Registered Architect. For more than 25 years our mission has been to provide premium architectural and design services.
VVC Design’s primary goal is to assist our clients in helping them become successful in their business or new location. We believe that providing years of technical and design expertise, VVC Design can help avoid needless expenses and bring projects to completion on budget and on schedule. The earlier we are involved with the project, the better foundation can be laid for success.
Why Us
VVC Design believes that prior to purchasing a property or signing a lease, that the right foundation needs to be in place. It is our experience that our involvement early on can save you costly problems in the design phase of the project. We want you to have a clear understanding of utility needs, permit fees and code requirements early in the process. This helps you evaluate your budget and timeline so your project can be successful.
Next is the creative process in which we apply our problem solving skills, technical knowledge and design ability to create living environments that enhance everyday life using spatial quality and simple materials.
The final phase is to work with your contractor to assist them in providing a final product that is visually pleasing and structurally sound. We believe that having experience with hundreds of projects allows us to work with your contractor in a way that avoids costly errors.

We are a full service architecture and design firm. Our team consists of our architectural staff plus consulting engineers that have many years of professional experience and licensing. We work closely with the different jurisdictions and have an excellent working relationship with them.
